Renting my property out so having it prepared for tenants. Need making small parts of wall where pictures were hung and painting. All windows had venetian blinds installed which has been now removed. That has left some mould. So need to have that touched up again.

Hot & cold water taps need to be replaced. Hot water tap’s pipe was leaking and I have had to shut it but cold tap is ok. As I need both of them to be part of a same set (need to be provided by the plumber after agreeing on the style), hence the reason for my request for a plumber to replace them.

Something odd about my floor lamp. Bulb keeps flickering when power on. I'm suspecting something's wrong with the wires inside the lamp base

We have a gas hob in an HMO property, and the electric ignition used to light the cooker keeps ticking randomly. Unfortunately, my tenant attempted to clean the cooker but inadvertently created a mess by pouring washing up liquid down the gas hobs and spraying liquid nitrogen over the appliance. I am concerned about the safety of using it now. Therefore, I am seeking assistance to determine if it is still safe to use, to ensure it is cleaned in a safe manner and correct the issue with the ignition.

A section of the garden wall to my neighbour collapsed today. It was an old wall that was leaning, and today it fell over unexpectedly. The section that collapsed was older and taller than the other part. The other part still feels (fairly) solid. I need someone to come and rebuild this damaged section of the wall. I would like to re-use the same bricks, possibly with some additional reclaimed ones mixed in. It needs to be stable & secure long-term fix. You are welcome to come view the wall any time if you need to do so for a quote, or I can send/submit more photos or a video if needed. Just ask me if you have any questions. You should have excellent knowledge of garden walls / structural walls, with plenty of experience doing similar work. I would ask that you are able to provide at least 2-3 references of similar jobs you have completed in the past. Ideally you would start as soon as possible, but not before 22 April.

Brackets were replaced a few years ago but I think they need repositioning as window is now draughty and there are large gaps.
