The experience was terrible. Mihaela has a terrible attitude and stormed out after 3 hours instead of completing the agreed 5 hours. She refused to wait for 20 mins for me to deliver the linen so the beds could be made and was abnoxious on the phone. I ended up having to make 4 beds myself. I definitely won't be requesting her services again.
