We currently have a square, push-up hatch with no ladder fitted, and I'd like a quote to enlarge the hatch and fit a wooden fold-down ladder. We will likely want new boarding and insulation at some point but I was hoping to just get the hatch done first. I need someone to clear a few items from the loft that include a few off cuts of kitchen worktop, a sink, a small table, a cot assembly kit. The loft has extra insulation added between the beams so you will need to roll back some insulation to find the beams for safe places to tread.
