Moved into new flat and need to install washing machine. There is space and an inlet pipe, but no outlet connection. Bought standard combination sink trap but looks like it needs specific type as the connections are not at correct angle/level. There is a blanked off electrical socket which would need wiring up to a plug socket fascia. And there is no hole in the under sink cabinet to feed the pipes from the machine through. I have a Gaggia classic that has stopped producing water out of the group head (even after much descaling). The steam want still works (so pump must be fine?) and steam wand turns off when I switch to group head setting (suggesting solenoid is ok (I can hear it click to operate). I have taken it apart and cleaned it, but no success. Could you help get it working again please? Thanks

Hi, I own a property in Brighton that is being rented. The tenants reported that the oven door is falling off, as the glue which attaches the glass door to the oven seems to have worn off. Additionally the heating element of the oven doesn't seem to be secured properly, likely due to rusty screws. Lastly one of the buttons of the gas stove doesn't seem to be working properly, likely because of rusty parts as well. Overall I don't think it's a complicated job. I hope you can help!
