What do television repair services include?

We have a Panasonic 65 inch Smart TV. The TV is wall mounted under our aircon and unfortunately lately the aircon has been dripping water and has leaked into the tv. This has caused a line to appear on the tv and on top of that the tv is starting to go to a black screen and you can only hear the sound but no picture. The TV also sometimes shows colourful vertical lines with the sound still playing in the background. We have done the whole disconnect the power cable for 60 seconds, that seems to temporarily fix the issue until it goes blank again it the colourful vertical lines with the sound continuing. We are finding as well that if we leave the tv off for a while then turn it back on it also temporarily fix the issue. Do you know what needs to be repaired and roughly how much this would cost? Would prefer if you offer afterpay as well please
