I need a Yucca tree root/bulb removing as it's affecting my neighbours fence. I need just the root bulb cut down the fence line (tree can remain in place or removed if easier). One fence panel may need to be taken down and reinstalled.

I have a pine tree around 25m tall at my backyard that is sitting at an angle and close to swimming pool. Over the years the tree has grown and it looks like it continues to grow and its roots has caused some damage and cracks in the swimming pool structure. I have a Ponytail Palm in my backyard that I need removed. It's approx. 3-4m high, crown is approx. 2-3m wide, trunk is 1.3m diameter at ground level.
