There is two corner pieces where the water was leaking. Leaks have been fixed. I think the size of the timber is 65mm x 150-160mm and we would probably need about 500mm lengths on each. It has a iron fireplace in the corner which may need manovering while rendering and also a wooden struture to the ceiling and runs to the wall which needs to be demoed and ceiling and wall on that side is gyprock will need finishing of that as well and clean the room of debris and leftovers
