Hi. We have an awning that needs to be drilled into the brick wall above our door and I can’t do it myself. We have a hammer drill and the awning came with bolts.

Some sheeting has come loose of the awning timber and needs to be refastened. The whole structure will be replaced within a year so looking for a quick fix.

We have a small enclosed verandah that is about 3 m x 1.3 m. We are converting it to a study. It has been used as a store room and needs a deep clean. The floor is concrete and has some residual foam underlay that needs to be removed (as much as possible); brick walls need washing (inside only); large windows need washing (inside only); ceiling needs washing. There is a drainage hole from the verandah to the outside garden so lots of water is ok. Have 5x 1400mm IKEA Vidga curtain rails that need installed on my ceiling in lounge room & bedroom. + 1 roller blind in kitchen 3 rails in lounge 2 rails in bedroom 1 roller blind in kitchen Terminal curtain rails will need to be cut shorter in order to fit the space.
