We need an old flat roof verandah (approx 2m x 1m) to be dismantled and removed. Then install a replacement same as. The existing structure is rusted and falling away.

I’m in need of a Verandah to be built. I will need someone who can help with council approval. I have the entire framing and sheets for the roof poles, gutters etc. I will need the builder to supply the new gutter brackets and also a few things here or there but I am happy to sort them out once the job has been allocated. - Due date: Flexible

Verandah is two weeks old but not constructed properly. The skylight sheets are too long. Water collects in them and they sag. Could be dangerous if they crash down. If so, Can you convert the shown verandah/carport area to a fully enclosed one by adding 15m walls along the boundary, approx. 4sqm roof extension and 2 doors. A small gap between the garage door also needs to be 'boxed' using gyprock. Both internal and external walls need to be painted at the end. The most of materials (i.e. timber, HardiFlex sheets, a door frame, hinges, locks, screws/nails, sealant for HardiFlex…etc.) are purchased and already onsite. Some materials (Gyprock, gutter, downpipe, doors, the second door frame, roof sheets, insulation, paint…etc.) are yet to be purchased. A friend started the job; however, due to a family circumstance, he can't continue. Therefore, I (the property owner) advertise this job here to find a reliable Handyman or Carpenter to take on this work. You will need to supply outstanding materials. I have a budget of $1,500 - $1,800 for labour and about $1,500 - 1,800 for outstanding materials. P.S.
