Hi, I need a good professional to build a pergola on my 2nd story verandah. The pergola will be 4.4m wide (along the house) wall and 2.3m out. The roof should be color bond on the left and right side and clear in the middle to let some light into the house. It would required gutter and downpipe to the ground floor into an outlet (pretty much straight down). The pergola should include but not limited to: a. Stirrups, timber, fixings, etc.. b. All timber to be H3 treated suitable for outdoor applications c. All fixings to be galvanised for corrosion protection d. Roof sheets to be a combination of corrugated polycarbonate clear sheets and corrugated/color bond metal sheets. e.
