Seeking a qualified plasterer to render internal brick walls ********** I have a brick room (~3.5m x 5m) under my house. The brick is untreated and unpainted. The grout between the bricks has some minor gaps/cracks and so I'd like to render the internal walls, both to create a more attractive finish and to keep out dust etc. The ceiling has already been plastered so does NOT require any work. The floor is well tiled and so also does NOT require any work. The 4 walls all need to be rendered. Please assume I want a smooth, painted finish. Hi there We removed 2 box aircons and would like the original windows to be put in. We've already pulled them out and only the window sill was left. As a result we need 2x new awning timber windows to be built in the openings. Only the sill is remaining, so will need the sash, top and side trims and hinges for both windows. Paint the rear of the house with dulux weather shield x 2 good coats. I have sealed all the render with dulux artex but there is a bit I can’t reach from the ground without a trestle. That area needs sealing first. See photos. It is level out back to place a trestle. Includes soffits and drain pipes in the same colour for ease. Paint and sealer supplied but need own tools.
