Need back wall of house single storey render with one coat of paint to finish after minor plaster repairs. Might need a fill in some places. Approx length 23m and height 2.2m Can supply paint if needed. Or quote with paint. - Due date: Needs to be done on Monday, 24 April 2023

Wall needs to be waterproofed and rendered with concrete, not perfect as it will be painted. Just a concrete overlay. Section 1 of wall is 4.1m L x 550 H Section 2 of wall is 7.1m L x 550 H

Repair of house render approx 15cm high and 7 meters long - Due date: Flexible

Retaining wall 1200mm x 1000mm goes up to 300mm. Will need the render to push over the top to the other side (300mm).

The railings and vertical balustrade are needing sanding and recoating. Light sanding back in some areas and heavier in others with 2 /3 coats of ultra deck. You will need ladders etc as deck is up high and stairs included. I can be flexible with timing but would like it completed in the next few months.

Need front rendered wall painted, have got the paint here. Will need your own roller etc.

Painter needed! Our verandah ceiling is outdated. Part of the ceiling has an overhang and we are open to offers with scaffolding included. The verandah ceiling is approx 15m X 2.5m. Paint will be supplied. It will require undercoat as some is green and needs to be all cream. Ceiling and beams are to be all one colour. Please specify how and when you could complete task. Need done asap. Prefer weekday this week.

Experienced drywall installer required to: 1. Supply and install drywall/plasterboard to existing stud walls to a level 4 finish, must be ready for painting (painting not included in task). Cornice and skirting to be included. Images 1 and 2 show area to be drywalled, image 4 shows existing cornice type opposite wall. 2. Plus repair of ripped plasterboard on opposite wall (approx 30cm long area), enough that I can paint over it and get a decent result. See image 3. Quote must include supply of materials (plasterboard, screws, adhesive etc) as well as labour to install.
