The front has been done previously but need the side and rear walls of my house rendered in preparation for me to paint. Please not there is external plumbing that runs along the walls in some places. I’ll upload photos tonight.

I have removed water damaged rendering and need to apply a suitable waterproofing “paint” before having the area rendered and then I plan to repaint the affected areas. I’ll need preliminary advice on what “paint” I should use. I’d prefer the rendering be done prior to April 26 or after the 3rd week of May.

Require rendering of front home

We are seeking a skilled professional to repair the ceiling in our garage and install a new plasterboard. The ceiling suffered damage due to heavy rain and leaking, resulting in a portion of the plasterboard falling off. We had temporary measures taken previously by the insurance company, but now we need a permanent solution.

Water damage ceiling in a small bedroom. Leak has been fixed and ceiling left to dry for some weeks. Light fitting has been changed to LED but can be left disconnected, the sparky made the hole a little bigger than needed so small additional patch will be needed. Not looking for the perfect job but believe the integrity of the roof is such repair vs replace should be possible. If you'd like to inspect first or see additional photos welcome to let me know. The room will need to be covered so dust is contained as its still tenanted. Task is for patching without painting. If you can also paint that will be a bonus but no expected (but happy to increase payment if so).

Owner needs help with completing painting a brick, rendered fence. 1 x undercoat and to top coats. Partially completed. I have the paints. I need someone for 2 days. Working alongside me. Only the fence panels, not the brick pillars.
