Repair two small patches of damaged render on our neighbour's side of our boundary fence - damage caused by drilling through the fence to install a gate on our side. The render has popped out in two <10cm circles around the drill points. See photos to show the damage. We will need to coordinate access with the neighbour to repair, but I will pay for the job. I have confirmed with the neighbour that he is comfortable not repairing the textured finish to begin with, and we can look at redoing the whole wall if required at a later date. - Due date: Flexible

1. Remove existing render on back wall of garage (which appears to have water damage), re-seal and re-render. Note the door frame in the picture is being replaced which will further affect the render. 2. Small repair job near front gate.

Remove decals from balustrade glass. 5 panels. 2-3 hour job. Only the panels circled in green in the photo. Must clean glue residue left on glass. Bin available to dispose of decals.

Need a renderer / plaster to smooth out bathroom walls in preparation for tiling mosaics for a bathroom renovation .

Remove peeling paint & previous calcimine original paint.Repair imperfections & sand smooth. Paint 2 coats oil primer & 2 coats ceiling white. 2.2 x 4.3 m size ceiling. Primer & ceiling white supplied.

12 decorative verandah brackets (30cm x 33cm) to be installed into verandah. Will come already primed and painted, just need to be screwed in.

Th external walls of our home are rendered. In some areas the render has deteriorated, and the painted walls are flaking away, likely due to rising damp. We are seeking an experienced Contractor who can undertake the repair. It will be necessary to view the defective areas to agree the cost.

I have a new built in wardrobe which has been provided in paint ready mdf. 6 doors I total along with trimmings will need sanding and painting

We would like to plaster/render the front and side of our house

We need some iron/steel work to supply and install balustrades both internal and external. Attached are some images of what we are after and the internal stairs details. The external balcony balustrade will be approx. 2550mm wide, come out from the wall approx. 100mm and attach to the wall from the outside. i.e. we are closing off an opening. Internally just balustrade at the top of stairs and hand bar down main stair.

We are wanting to lower the height of our porch wall by two bricks so we can sit and see the street. Job: remove top row of capping bricks and the next two rows of horizontal rendered bricks. Re-attach capping bricks (or new bricks) and render to match original state. Painting not needed - We will paint the capping row white and walls beige after the completion

Render section of back and part of the side of house with render mix. Side only up to drain pipe about 4 m from back corner Materials supplied. Labour only Tasker needs own tools ( trowel and sponge etc). Approximately 12 square metres area only . Remove sticker decals from balustrade glass. 9 panels. 1-2 hour job. The sticker adhesive is quite strong but should come away without leaving marks on the glass. - Due date: Before Friday, 12 January 2024
