need concrete balustrades installed 15 balustrades on 1000mm landing and 3 steps on staircase with concrete capping

I need to replace the colorbound sheets on the front verandah that was done incorrectly by previous person. The work also includes cutting the hardwood posts tops that are "sticking up" in the photo so the colorbound can cover the area properly and not leave an empty square that collects water. The area is 2090mm x 1940mm. The space between the first beam is 940mm and the second 840mm. The structure on the left hand side will remain, I just need the hardwood posts that are sticking up to be cut to a level where the new colorbound sheet can close the whole. I put a photo of what the house used to look like to try to make sense of the mess 😜. Please include materials in your quote. The previous tradies left massive screws puncturing the new colorbound

Looking to create a solid wall between the two rooms and remove other walls so that both rooms have a clear space for IKEA robes to be put in. Red line (see photo) shows where the full wall will be located. It’s essentially patching up the opening of the existing wardrobe in bed 1 and removing the walls in bed 2. Whilst clearing some debris from the roof, an upstairs (1st floor) awning window has come off its hinges. I took off the roller chain and unfortunately pushed the window out too far. Looking for someone to sand two stair hand rails, around 20 vertical stair balustrades (and 3 handrail supporting poles) and 2 vertical supporting poles on our outdoor deck. The balustrades are fiddly but a lot of the old stain has flaked off already. Small side verandah roof needs securing from the strong winds! One end probably just screwed back into wooden beam but another beam is broken and possibly needs some brackets (of you supply we can cover cost of top of work fee) to secure (until we can replace). See attached photos.

Looking for assistance please for May 2021. Looking to RE do a walk in robe in a brand new build. Robe is a U shape, 1310mm depth, 1820 length, 2700 height. I have had a look at the Ikea pax system to get an idea of what I’d like for the space, however unable to proceed with Ikea concept due to set sizing, in particular the depth of 570mm meaning that it’s 70mm too deep, and overhangs into the walkway of the robe. We do not currently have access to the property so unable to book in a measure and quote, however hoping at this stage to get an idea on pricing with you, so that as soon as we get the keys, we can finalise and lock everything in. Could we please request a quote including install also? Also how long do you find your general turnaround time to be from time of order to install time? What we’re looking for is: 2x quantity of 1000mm width, 450-500mm depth, 2000mm height units, with five drawers on the lower part each, and hanging rod on the top for shirts each. (If you don’t offer 1000mm width, we’re happy to consider the 500m width ones. We would in this case order 4x quantity, so it’s the same length in theory). 1x set of shelves/storage cubes/open storage unit running the length of the back wall. Unit size 1820mm width, 300mm depth, 2000mm height. In terms of colour or materials, we’re hoping for a white, and open to your most affordable option.
