Staircase wood timber Balustrade repatching and then painting in Marsfield NSW. I moved out of home and real estate agent said it was damaged and needs to be fixed. Have pictures.

Not urgent. Patch 8-10 drywall ceiling & wall holes as a result of aircon upgrade installation. This would be two visits: one to patch, the second to sand, smooth and paint. Ceiling paint provided. Cutouts provided. 8-10 holes similar to photo attached.

Water damage in need of repair (two floor boards)

I want to replace an old window awning with a new in 4 metres long.

1. Patch and repaint damage to wall. We have colour matched paint available on the property, but you need to bring brushes or small roller. 2. Remove adhesive on door and repaint if required. Job needs to be completed between 9am-5pm, preferably by COB Thursday.

Our built in wardrobe collapsed a few months ago and we need it to be replaced. Please send us your offer for inspection and quotes can be discussed in person. the sliding doors are not opening either.

Only looking for offers for the quote (Not actual job) Hi, I need 3 awnings installed, 1 above a window, 1 above an semi-open pergola and one above a sliding door. You could treat them as 3 window awnings. The sizes are: 1) 4.3m (above the semi-open pergola - this can be attached to the timber posts of the pergola) 2) 3.95m (above the large window and attached to wall below fascia) and 3) 2.7m (above the sliding door and attached to wall below fascia) Aluminium or colorbond steel with standard (monument) color would do.. Sheets can be either polycarbonate or colorbond, to suit budget (pls quote different prices for both). Please also specify size of metal beams (e.g., 100 x 50), also mention if the support brackets will be welded or screwed onto the main frame. Only 2 brackets per awning for the sliding door and large window. For the semi-open pergola, 3 brackets are possible (one in the middle). Single level house, but 2 of the awnings may need a ladder to be used. I have included a picture of the 3 areas where awnings need to go and a simple sketch for the awning itself. Looking at a 1m projection to keep it simple. Look forward to getting this done. Thank you!

Couple of knocks in my rendered garden wall that need repairing. The colour is hogs bristle. - Due date: Flexible

Seeking quotes - We need a new timber balustrade to replace the existing non-compliant balustrade for a run of 8 stairs. It attaches to a door frame so one side of the door frame will likely need to be replaced. The outer stringer should cover the side of the treads/risers as per the second photo. We are located in Macquarie Park 2113.
