Main front wall and high column rendered wall to be painted. I’ve done all other areas but don’t have a high ladder so will need a painter with a tall ladder. I will supply paint, trays, rollers, brushes, drop sheets, etc. don’t need the wood work painted only the areas indicated on pics with 2 coats to match other areas painted. Hi there We have two projects that we like to get done by someone with remedial building experience. 01. Fix and re-render wall The right hand side wall of our archway has a some damage to it that we would like to get fixed. Please include the re-render od this part of the wall. (Photo 01-04) You will need to supply all materials 02.Re-render concrete poles of carport. The concrete poles of our carport have been rendered and finished in a really poorly way. We would like to get this done properly with an acrylic based render going over the existing colour. There are four poles in total. (Photo 05-07) The photographs only show three, but they are all of similar size and shape. You will need to supply all materials. We will paint over these afterwards. Electric awning hasn’t worked since we moved in- looks like it’s in good condition so hoping straightforward fix. See attached for photos of awning plus remote control which has a new battery but still not turning on. Will pay extra for any parts required. Thanks, Michelle - Due date: Flexible

On the edges of several external walls the metal edges have rusted causing stain on paint. We would like these replaced with plastic edges and rendered (preferably to match existing texture).

I would like one broken post replaced along with a rotting beam as well as the steps leading up to the house (bolted on) See photos for description of work. The length of the beam is approx 8.5 metres and it just sits rebated into the post (see photos). The length of the post is about 5.5m (will be one piece and gets bolted into a horse shoe clamp (already installed on the old beam with a concrete base) Beams are 200mm x 50 mm Post is 120mm x 120mm You will need to remove one or two flooring panels on the verandah to replace the beam along with the pickets and reinstall them. See photos. Please quote for LABOUR only and any tools required to do the job. All materials will be paid for on top as required (beams/post and screws/bolts etc) as requested. You will need props of hold up the sections of the verandah from underneath while removing the beam etc. Props are your responsibility and will not be provided. My guess is its a 2 day job by 2 people who has the experience and with all materials delivered on site ready to go. You will need to be insured to do the job. I’m flexible with the task completion date however must finish once started within a reasonable amount of time. More work can be given if this job is done well.

My built in wardrobe rail has broken and fallen down (lower level), I need this repaired and put back up. - Due date: Flexible

We have a built in wardrobe that requires insides. Please provide the materials and include all costs in your offer. Inside we’d like hanging space and 3 shelves 57cm wide x 50cm deep. to be done any day / time asap. pictures of what is and what should be are enclosed

Urgent- needed tomorrow (Sunday) or Monday. Removal and disposal of 2 wardrobes/fittings: 1. Built in wardrobe (pic with mirrors) 2. Wooden frame and rail in walk in robe As clean removal as possible but not expecting you to patch etc as we have painters and floor polishers in later in week who will do this. However, if you do have the skills to be able to replace skirting/wooden floorboards etc please let us know (would obviously pay separately- don’t include in quote). We don’t really know what to expect once wardrobe removed. Note the built in is in excellent condition so could be repurposed.

Need help to install two 1.8*3m side awnings on our back verandah. I bought from Matt Blatt and they arrived in packs. Please refer to photos attached. Also need to hang a mirror - its heavy so ideally needs three points support.
