Render external wall that the old render chipped

In the verandah, I would like to replace sheets with new ones. I roughly measured 340×550 This is one story house. I measured / ordered panels from bunnings. They will be arriving this week. Your task is to remove them and install properly. However I don't have any bolt,nuts like parts and tools to fasten the panels.

I need help removing an old wall air conditioner (I’ll dispose) and then the opening to be patched. I’ve got spare pieces of cladding and I will paint it. Quote should include everything required for patch job and physical help to remove unit with my husband. EDIT: I've put April 30th as the date, but would like it done as soon as possible.

OPEN TO QUOTES Need someone to install a blind to act as a windbreaker for our verandah. A recommendation of what blind to use would be great, i was tempted to install a bistro blind from bunnings but there’s potential for a horizontal blind to be installed on the wall and just pull across so I’m not sure which to get. Some pictures are attached and the dimensions between the pillar and the wall is just under 3m wide (see pic - if you include the width of the pillar on one side it’s around 2.97m) and the height is around 2.35m (but if it’s a horizontal blind you have the whole of the left hand side wall to install the bracket on). Some timber might be required for a pull down blind because gutter is in the way at the top (see pics)

Cement render a letterbox and fill in the top of the letterbox to make it flat at top. We have two bags of rendering you can use. Will attach photos .

Render small areas of existing bathroom and a small splashback ready to tile 1.2mx1.7m 1.220mx580mm 390mmx630mm And Patch small vent opening in photo and render over.
