We are in the process of installing a splash back for the kitchen. In preparation to do this excess cement rendering in the area window area (left by the previous splash back installation) need to be removed / smoothed so that it can be lined up with the base brick rendering. There is hole on on the brick that needs to be patched up. General clean up on the two corners need to be done. - Due date: Before Tuesday, 30 May 2023

We are in the process of installing a new kitchen bench top and splash back. The current current bench top, splash back need to be removed and disposed. It is to be done in two stages: Stage 1 -------- 1. Remove existing splash back tiles 2. Render the wall in preparation to install a new stone splash back. 3. Uninstall the bench top but keep the sink, plumbing and cook top intact. This is to continue to use the kitchen while stone mason cuts/customises the bench top stone for installation in their workshop. Approximately two weeks is required. Stage 2 --------- This stage is to be done two days prior to installation of the bench top and splash back. 1. Remove the sink, detach and cap off the plumbing. 2. Remove the gas cook top. 3. Dispose tiles, uninstalled bench top, sink and gas cook-top. - Due date: Before Monday, 15 May 2023
