Hi need to remove this window a/c and cover wall with drywall and plaster/sanding for it to be painted. A/c can be left outside the house for council pick-up. Task two Two hinges to be changed on a drive way door. Thanks

Experienced renderer to refurbish existing render to garden wall. Small job - approximately 10 sqm. Existing render has a number of small cracks (from normal movement of retained earthworks), a small area that has bubbled/blistered (from moisture coming through the wall) and a couple of minor chips.
