Have a very large render fence around the front of our property, which over time has become damaged. Needing repaired before repainting. Photos show most of the areas that need doing.

Small external wall render repair. No height involved.

Either render the existing letterbox and add some fencing, or completely replace with brickwork and landscaping if interested

Rendering new cement sheet cladding, 2x base + acrylic top coat. Approx. 15sqm

A block wall surrounding the perimeter of my back yard as a garden edging. Two blocks high approx 20m long in total. 3.5m will be along a new pool build where the wall will continue into the pool as a feature (possible water feature). The part on the pool will be tiled by pool but the rest I will need rendered and painted.

Need some holes fixed in drywall in order to paint interior of a unit: One large hole measuring approx 450x300mm. One medium sized hole measuring approx 150x300mm. One large crack measuring approx 280x150mm. There are some other much smaller holes and cracks around the unit, but these three are the priority as I cannot begin painting until they are repaired and I am not confident in being able to fix them myself. Matching the repair/patch to the surrounding wall colour is unnecessary as it will all be painted over anyway, so it doesn’t have to look pretty as long as it’s flush and strong. Approx 30m x .8m high block retaining wall needs to be rendered

After recent backyard renovations, handrails and some balustrades need to be added to 1 set of 6 tread steps and 2 areas both approx 2m lengths of balustrades. Most likely in timber and I'll paint after. Carpenter would be best suited for this task. Cheers Possible additional tasks beyond if agreed upon incl. 2 hose reels mounted into rendered wall and lattice hung on rendered wall as plant climber. Req concrete drill - Due date: Flexible

Three jobs to be done. 1. Assemble and install a flat packed shed (1.5m x 1.5m). This includes preparing the base. Crusher dust, 16 x 40cm concrete pavers and paving sand provided. I’d like to get an estimate on what it would take to fill in this small section of a living room wall. It would be painted after completion, so no paint required. - Due date: Before Sunday, 31 December 2023

Our awning over our carport has come loose and needs to be properly secured back into place. - Due date: Flexible

Need someone expert at drywall who is a general handyman to help with light furniture placement (15 minutes), three drywall holes which are about 30 x 15 cm, (no painting necessary) two glass shower doors which catch on the bottom and need to be re-hung. And there are a few other jobs that will keep someone busy for the greater part of the day that we can discuss as a separate job once you arrive. Thank you very much. - Due date: Flexible
