I have a return verandah needing a recoating (2 coats) of Sikkens Cetol Deck - the verandah is 40m2 in total. The deck is in good condition but the outside board (20m in total under the balustrade) is more weathered and will require coating by paint brush. I will clean the deck and have the Cetol Deck here. We need someone to knock out this superficial nib wall. We will need it removed, patched and a piece of wood put down to match the floor boards. We are prepping to replace the wall with glass.

Need to remove a set of front stairs (and dispose of) for an elderly woman. Stairs will be rebuilt to cater to two hip replacements once removed. I need the drywall tear to be patched up - as though it was never there. I need this done professionally at an affordable price point. You must have all materials available to complete the job, including appropriate paint. The tear is not huge and I have attached photos. It should be a relatively quick job, I would have done it myself but I do not have the time.
