i need a person for drywall patch fixing

I have a block of units to be painted on the outside. This is a single building ( ground level and 1st floor) ( containing 8 units). 1. The building has to be pressure washed. 2. Remove all flaking paint 3.Repair any holes and cracks in the render 4. Mold killer needs to be used on the existing paintwork to remove any mold or stains. 5. Mask any areas that need to be. 6. Will need 1 coat of primer and at least 2 coats of Premium membrane paint ( such as Dulux Acra Shield render paint ) to be used. 7. Eaves and down pipes to be sanded and painted. 8. Outdoor Ceilings on each unit to be painted 9. Regular tidying up of work areas ( always leaving the site clean and safe is necessary) 10. IMPORTANT- Scaffolding will be needed to complete the job 11. All debris and rubbish as a result of the job to be removed. - Due date: Flexible

We have a 65” tv and we would like to know if we could mount it on the drywall above a gas fireplace. If so, then that person can install it as long as it’s safe to do so - Due date: Flexible

Looking for a qualified experienced person to render an area approx 1.5m X 5m. It is a ceiling over head which is under a balcony at the entry. The level is uneven since it had some water damage.. It needs a smoothe all over even finish. Attached are 2 pics.
