Have an existing single brick fence around 2 sides of the house which i wanted to get rendered in a dark grey/ monument type colour. Approximately 28 metres in width width and 1.7 metres in height. - Due date: Flexible

Need front fence rendered - Due date: Flexible

Awning window won’t shut properly and leaves a gap when fully wound. It seems to be on an incorrect angle. Need someone to problem solve and repair. - Due date: Flexible

Need built in wardrobe removed from the wall and disposed of. Dimensions: 60x180x245cm There’s a light switch and a ventilation system panel on the side of the wardrobe which will need to be relocated, or disconnected for the time being. I plan to install an IKEA wardrobe after. Located in a 1st floor flat of a walk up complex. Works to be completed on or after 17th April.

Remove metal awning from exterior of house - Due date: Before Monday, 27 March 2023

Need a person who is experienced in removing render from exterior brick walls - strip back to original bricks (to be re-rendered later) - Due date: Flexible

Need some help removing built in wardrobe so we can sand and polish timber floors below. Will need you to take the scrap timber to the tip for disposal too please. Wardrobe measures approx. 1.5 m wide by 1.2 m deep by 2.1 m tall (guessing) and has some shelves. I believe this wardrobe is original, from the 1940s. Will need to make sure we don't damage the plaster/floors as much as possible.

3.8 m2 . For a splash back, with a black grout in Caulfield North. Early July. And rendering not a huge amount of rendering. Subway tiles. No demolition just put in. You supply all necessary materials I provide tiles.

The awning has ripped due to heavy winds. Hoping it can be repaired (eg through stapling?)

Built in wardrobe needs repairing, drawers and shelf pieces are fine just the rails for the drawers and cabinet for shelving needs to be repaired and re-attached to unit. Have pictures - Due date: Flexible

Our front wall has render flaking off at the bottom and some cracks. Needs repairs and possibly a repaint.

I have three awnings that need to be mounted to a brick wall. All materials are provided, bring your own tools.

Reposting - To paint a 5.5metre high ceiling in a stairwell and also the ceiling of joined upstairs living room. Plus repaint white painted timber balustrade.

Need to replace and paint broken awnings.

I need one joint sanded and welded on a first floor balustrade in steel or wrought iron. I'm happy to take car of painting
