Hi there, We need some assistance to install Bunting in Brunswick at Barkly Square. You will have an assistant and should only take 1-2 hours. Tuesday 26th or Wednesday 27th March (Next week) must be before 9 am. You'll need a large platform ladder and would need to complete an induction for the centre.

I am getting two air conditioners installed and running electricity back to the board will require cutting holes in the drywall. I am also getting a plumber to inspect a spot of water damage in my ceiling. I will need these patched and painted. I'll supply paint. Budgeting based on the last time I had plastering done but will adjust based on exactly how much work there is, which won't be clear until the air conditioners are installed tomorrow. - Due date: Needs to be done on Wednesday, 20 December 2023

The top part of my old shop awning is falling apart. I need it patched up. Install 2 x temp Acrow Props (supplied) to temporarily support a verandah while the concrete porch beneath is removed this Tuesday. The verandah is lightweight, estimated by our builder at only 100 - 120kgs and the props are rated over 1,5 tons each. Only day landscaping crew can remove the soil and porch is this Tuesday (rain or shine) but neither my builder or I can't be onsite Tuesday morning to prop the verandah. We've already worked out a thorough works plan for doing this so please just ask any queries etc in messages or via DMs. (Of course we'll discuss full details with successful bidder) You will only need to attend for a max of two hours (probably less) on Tuesday morning. Exact times TBC. We'll provide all materials incl acrow props, an additional timber beam brace, wood screws & ladder if you need it.
