We have damaged to the render in a second story window frame. Looking for a Renderer to patch this. Given its next to the window it may be possible for the job to be done from inside the house. Looking for someone who will do a decent job / good finish and will take appropriate safety precautions given the height of the work. Do not need the render work painted afterwards. Need someone who won't make a mess while doing the job especially if doing it from inside the house.

Our deck needs painting. This includes balustrades, railings & half walls. * The timber deck is not to be painted - just balustrades & support posts * Total surface area to be covered is approx. 71m (squared). Colour-matched to house. We are hoping this to be completed within 3 weeks - depending on how friendly the weather is.

Builing a room under the house. approx 6x2.5m low ceilings. Will being hanging double layer of 16mm drywall which i have already purchased. both sides of wall needs drywall to be hung as well as the ceiling. The drywall is heavy so will probably need to use a lift. I can also assist where possible (walls are double layered as i'm trying to sound proof the room)

We have a handful of internal block walls that we would like rendered in Rockcote Marrakesh render, or similar. Total sqm is approx. 73m2. Most of the walls are ready to be rendered now. With just the stair void wall that won’t be ready until later in Feb. Walls to be rendered highlighted on our floor plan attached.
