Will be having a brick boundary fence installed which will need rendering. Approx 50sqm of coverage. Fence is 1100mm high and 14m length, but steps down twice due to the street slope. There’s also a small amount of retaining wall (1100mm high, 5m long). Will be wanting it painted afterwards. Render and paint will be supplied, tools won’t.

We have about 6 spots that need attention on our road facing wall and along the driveway. The finish is rough cast so hoping to achieve the same finish so we can then re-paint.

I have an XTM awning that needs to be fitted to my Gear Up roof racks on my car. Seeking help to mount the awning using the screws and L shaped bracket provided. May need a drill although supposedly could be done without. Need it done tomorrow, Wednesday 27th March!

We’ve just put in a new double door jamb and need someone to repair the Gyprock bulkhead and re-render the sections above it (not sure on price - negotiable) - Due date: Flexible

Need to dig down into retaining base (easy as its loose pavers and sand) and reinforce posts as needed to salvage structure and allow it to carry roof to be installed. Then some beams need replacing, new bolts needed. General refurbishing and strengthening. Also sanding down to natural timber and seal. All materials to be purchased by owner. Roof will be transparent polycarbonate sheets size flexible to adjust to standard sizing available. The grid like balustrade sheets dont require refurbishing and will be discarded.
