Hello, Some balustrades on the deck balcony have come loose (approx 12) + one has fallen off completely. Hoping to secure (or replace the wood) so that the Balcony can be secure and safe to lean on without risk of someone falling off. Material costs will be covered, quote is for labour only. I have a wooden balustrade , 3 sides in a balcony. I have 7 panels of glass, 14 spigots and stainless steel handrail…. So take away old rotten wood and install new glass balustrade and handrail.

Remove existing decking, Install new decking boards, remove and replace stair treads, add stairs handrail, remove lattice and install wire balustrade. Existing deck is 5m length x 2m wide, with 5 stair treads. Materials will be supplied. Timber and wire will need to be cut to length. Tradie will need to bring own tools.
