We need these three panels of rotten timber balustrade replaced with planed, treated pine, including the bottom rail but not the top rail, to match the quality of the rest of the railing. Ideally leaving the backing board in place so the café blinds don't have to be removed, so making each balustrade panel, give us time to paint them, then you return to fit, but it's open to discussion. Timber is 70x45mm, and panel sizes are roughly 2400x1055mm, 1520x1055mm, 1455x1055mm. No clue with cost so just picked a number. - Due date: Flexible
