Rotten sills repaired or replaced if required. Window primed after repairs ready for final painting Replace Back Door using existing locks and handle if still suitable? I purchased an awning second hand and have had rafter brackets fabricated for it. The brackets will need to go into the rafters and out of the fascia, this can probably be done easiest by lifting the roofing iron. The awning will then need to be bolted to the brackets

I have a new vinyl for my Jayco caravan awning. The fitting instructions seem fairly straightforward but am a bit worried about the tensioning of the roller spring. Would rather have someone who has done similar before to give me a hand.
