One wardrobe has been incorrectly installed and require to be moved over by and inch so the draws open, also the shoe rack needs to be cut down by 1cm. The second wardrobe requires the shoe rack to be cut down by 1cm. Cut down to size and Installation of a DIY shelf unit into laundry cupboard, unit fitted to wall. Top of 1 door requires sanding by 2mm so it doesnt rub on skirting - Due date: Flexible

We need an existing Verandah/Porch post to be replaced at our home. The existing post is a 115 x 115 laminated LOSP treated post that is rotting out. I have patched it up with builders bog a couple of times but this just temporary as the rot is from the inside out. We need the following included in the fee proposal: * Removal of existing post (whilst propping the porch) * Replacement of post with new 115 x 115 F7 DAR Cypress post (we don't need a decorative post anymore) * Price needs to include supply and installation of the post, fixings, labour etc. The cost to have the post delivered is almost the same as the post itself! I have added photos to help portray what the project entails.

1/ Have cracks appearing on rendered walls near window lintels on side wall and 1 window sill and wall length of wall rerendered. 2/ Need to patch a section of render that has moved at expansion joint as and render that wall around sliding door. 3/ Also have alfresco ceiling and back eave to repaint and provide solution/fixing reoccurring plaster joint hairline fractures.

Require professional painter to re-sand and stain 2 and a half internal doors (may need to be taken down). Currently have a dark stain and we would like a light stain finish. 2 small porches to be painted, a portion of alfresco ceiling and 1 ‘L’ shape eave. I have patched and sanded hairline cracks but will need another fine patch and sand. 2 small sections of render patching, I have matching final render coat paint. I will supply paint and stain.
