Scrub our terracotta floor in the laundry and another adjacent small area (approx 12m2). We would like it done using a scrubbing brush and soapy water which we will supply. It's manual work and you have to get down on your knees. The job takes approx. 4 hours. We would like the job done Wednesday 3/8, Thursday 4/8 or Friday 5/8.

TERRACOTTA TILE SEALING

$500

North Fremantle WA 6159, Australia

22nd Apr 2020

NB. Must have at least five reviews specifically relating to sealing of tiles like this, Or can demonstrate genuine experience. We have over 250 m2 of very old and worn terracotta tiles in our home we have recently purchased. All of the existing sealer has worn off and they are in VERY poor condition. -see pictures attached. Wanting a professional Tile Sealer to seal for protection, - but critically also to try to enhance/hide the worn look, e.g. like “a coat of paint hides everything” Wanting a SATIN finish, NOT GLOSS, to try to enhance the finished look, but at the same time worried that may rather “shine up” the worn status. But also thinking a fully penetrating sealer with no residual top finish, -doesn’t provide the solution of trying to “hide” the worn look. So seems a conundrum! Please do advise what product you propose using that would best balance the effect of protection versus a subtle, Satin final appearance as per above. Thanks.
