Floor was laid on builders sand and lime in the 1980’s. I’ve been here 20 years. Hasn’t moved in 20 years, so is stable. It is 30mm low in one spot and I need a level enough floor for a wheelchair pronto. Area to level is 23 sqm. Will lay a click or vinyl floor over top.

Small toilet room. Need screed and tiling completed at to the level of the tile required for the toilet. We have the tiles.
