Regrouting one shower

Hampton, Victoria, Australia

9th Jul 2016

Need a shower regrouted. After a reputable tiler who will do a quality job. Shower is 11 years old and is the same age as the house. The following work needs to be completed: 1. All grout from walls and floors needs to be removed completely, except the mosaic area. This can be left in tact. 2. All silicone beading needs to be completely removed and sanitised. At this point I would like to be shown the work so I know that it has been done properly. 3. Grout and silicone needs to be reapplied accurately, taking care with silicone beading. White beading alone the floor/tile/metal areas and clear along glass areas. 4. All grout work needs to be sealed I have attached a photo showing the work done by the current tiler - he claimed he had regrouted the entire shower but as you can clearly see, this has not been done. I am inspecting the work halfway through so that I know that, unlike the current tiler, the work has been completed properly.
