Tiling - very small space on kitchen floor next to the oven approximately 1.75m in length and 32cm width. Also removing 4 pre existing chipped rectangular tiles on the wall and replacing them.

Porcelain floor tiles for bathroom and toilet. 4.5 sq .m.

Remove old grout and replace and seal, replace one cracked tile and refix one loose tile.

Looking for an experienced tiler for this job. Application of new subway style tiles splashback (tiles provided by us) across the full wall pictured, including plastering. For reference we bought 5m^2 of tiles, which is roughly the wall space (see pictures for reference). We have slim white tiles, and are hoping for a Biscuit/neutral grout colouring or happy to discuss options.
