Hi there, We had our strata send a plumber to test why is there a leaking issue into the laundry area below us, and the plumber has reported that it is due to the missing seal around the bathtub, previous tenants have damaged it. You will supply your own tools i.e jackhammer, chisel. I will supply the skip bin. We are looking to remove the bottom circled sections of our vertical beams as they come into contact with pools of water during rainfall, this has weakened it / causes wood rot. The cut has already been made by our handyman however the bottom wooden section is grouted in with the tiles so will need to be removed (whether it is the whole or partial tile removal is best will need to be determined). After this, new tiling will need to go in. There is also a bottom step which has broken tiling and will need to be replace (area next to it yet to be converted). - Due date: Flexible
