Demolish and remove existing porch sandstone pavers and take away rubble.  • slight grinding and levelling to existing concrete slab • Supply and install two new concrete steps at front and side of porch • Supply and install new external 300 x 600 x 20 bluestone pavers to steps, risers around porch and front facing border with bullnose edges for all exposed edges.  • Supply and install new white and black checkerboard porcelain tiles to porch surface with border around (prefer larger sized tiles approx 100mm each)  • Supply and install matching grout and silicone as required • Supply and install water based sealer to bluestone paver edges

I have two showers that need regrouting and replace silicone seals

Small ensuite bathroom floor tiling required patching. A new shower screen has been fitted. 6 mm cement sheeting laid underneath. So the gaps seen in the photos need to be trimmed of using 6mm cement sheeting. Water proofing then tiling. around 6 tiles in row along the side of shower screen and 12 (6 full and 6 cut) tiles along front of shower. The new tiles will sit a bit higher that the existing tiles. Will probably require an metal edge along the interface between the new and old tiles. They are 200by 200 mm matt white tiles as shown in photos. Understand its a patch in job so needs to look as good as possibly can. Water proofing is important. - Due date: Before Thursday, 4 May 2023

Our Balustrades will move. Tiles will need to be cut up 100mm x 100mm and slotted into 10 tile spaces with Waterproofing around the tile for our outdoor veranda. We have the floor tiles we need onsite.
