To repair bathroom tiles which have fallen off. The old cement seems mouldy and even gone soft (???). 3 pieces have fallen off (still can be reused). Job includes: 1. Scraping and cleaning the old cement and grout of the back & sides of the tiles which fell out, and also the remaining old cement on the wall. 2. Re-cement the fallen off tiles back. 3. Apply new grout of a similar colour (dark brown) You will be required to remove your shoes to enter the house (or wear plastic shoe covers) - please do not respond if this is unacceptable. Waterproofing: Bottom wood frame outside the building may need sealing (your expert advice would be appreciated) 3. Repair and repaint: the paint underneath the roof overhang is peeling off 4. Replace: Lockable handles for the garage and the backyard slide door 5. Repair: The small cosmetic ceiling light rose has unglued itself from the diagonal roof. Whilst the lights hang and work fine, that part needs to be glued back cosmetically to the ceiling 6. Repair: The metal garage door seems to have expanded over the seasons and the top needs a bit of shaving in order to open 7.
