Tiles & tapware to be supplied by owner. Dimensions: Base is 1655mm x 930mm, Shower height is 2280mm, Niche in rear wall is: 1600mm x 330mm x 90mm. Tile edge trim to be agreed. Loose grout in shower recess. 900x900. Light scrape out of loose grout and reapply grout. There is also failed caulk in recess. We will supply grout and caulk. Please be skilled in this area and be neat.

Remove old grout and regrout between tiles in shower recess - timing will depend on other things being done in coming weeks, eg removal of shower screen.. The date I put in is just a placeholder until I know exact timing. I could have a go myself but I want someone with relevant experience and right tools who can do a better job than me! Photos up now - sorry it is hard to see details, but I want to clean out the discoloured sections of grout (hard to see on the photos, but basically the lower areas - about 2 sq mt) and do new grout in white, and caulk lower edges and corners. The tiles themselves are fine.

We have had some flooring put in and now need the carpet tucked in as per picture attached and also the strip applied for the joint between tiles and flooring.
