Hello, we have recently upgraded to an NBN Ultra-fast service however are not receiving connection in any other part of the house apart from the office where the NBN box and modem are. We have purchased extenders however this has not assisted with the issue. Our provider does not provide technical assistance in person.

I’m having an issue since I moved in my apartment where I cant get to connect internet at my premises. NBN is fine according to my provided Vodafone , internet provider said the problem is on the MDF “open circuit” that is not transferring to my apartment. Landlord has already previously connected to nbn to the apartment. Need it done next Friday as you will need the building manager to give you the access to the room. This needs to be done between 8 am and 10am.

Computer no syncing problems with passwords general questions

I have a small beauty salon, we use apple iMacs, iPads and mobile phones. Our computers run slowly and need to be optimised, I am running the cleaner for them weekly. I need the following completed; 1. Optimise 4 iMacs so they are running fast 2. Fix slow wifi issue with computer not connected directly to modem 3. Fix speaker system on wifi it cuts out after 1 hour on Spotify and turns off, we need it working all day so there is music without having to keep on resetting it. 5. Optimise iPads and mobile phones so they are all connected and working well. 6. We recently changed from Nexgen to iiNet and our phone Yealink isn’t working with the modem so we have it diverted our number to the mobile. Connect the Yealink phone and get it working with our number again. Thank you

Everything to do with technology causes me great overwhelm and stress, so please bear with me. I recently finishe university and know will lose access to everything that goes with it, my OneDrive storage. I somehow seem to mess things up so it appears like I have somehow saved almost everything on my laptop to my university cloud, which I did not mean to. Over the years, I have accumulated several different email/Google accounts. This was when the cloud storage was unlimited. I was able to save and backup some of my personal info and delete the data but now it keeps syncing and I can’t use my primary email because of it. I would like all of my personal cloud data consolidated into one backup storage hard drive along with everything on my university cloud. I do not want to have anything synching to Google. I would like my WD Home Cloud added as a local network on my laptop and everything to sync to that. I have checked, and my current hard drive has just over 3T on it. My Home Cloud approximately 5T, and there appears to be decent room on my laptop. Do I need to purchase a new external hard drive to make this easier? Also, for some reason, it takes so long to log into a website or for the page to refresh. It is happening on all sites, sometimes making accessing my uni site very difficult. I really feel like something is wrong, and I only bought this laptop in December last year. I don't know how long this will take, but the more you can provide, the better. Please advise what you charge if you discover I haven't explained myself correctly and more needs to be done. My first time using this, and it's a bit overwhelming itself. I'm on Disability Pension and have no idea how long this will take so please make an offer.

I have recently installed Starlink- Everything has been working perfectly fine. Now our phones won’t connect. Keeps telling me the password is incorrect or it’s disconnected .
