Hey guys,

I run my own Landscape Architect and Design + Construction studio. Am after 5 mins of someone who is very well versed in Xero Software (must be a book keeper or accountant) to walk me through;

- I have an invoice that I reconciled from a client who put money into account for materials. My question is that's reconciled, so what to I do with all the other bank statement lines (purchases of the materials etc)? Do I just put each purchase in under 'spent money' and create a new charter of accounts say; 'materials' to show where the $$ coming in went?
