Write a Short agreement

I run a (DJ) business and I work with freelancers to do the service for me, however, they have direct contact with the customers, what makes very easy for them to swap cards and skip my business and deal straight with them on the next events... this way, all my investment in marketing and to gain those customers runs through the drain if they possibly "steal" my customers.

What I need, is a very short agreement to prevent/mitigate this issue.

Anyone with knowledge of the laws who can do this task in a simple and cheap way?

Renato, an NDNCA can protect you. However, you have to be prepared to take legal action against anyone who breaks the Agreement.
This is a free enterprise system we operate in so you may be heading in the wrong direction. Cheers, Martin
I can help do this, I have studied Entertainment Business Management and have experience writing live Music contracts :)
I will like to prepare a great document for you.

Hey mate, I have worked for a company with a similar idea. It was in my contract that I couldn't steal business after it was sought out through the original advertiser. I can write you up something using that kind of context.

It is called confidentiality, restraint of trade and non-competition clauses. It will cost you more than $50 for me to write one for you ;)
Send me your offer, please. Ps: The short version... no need for extra caution.
Non compete clauses are very tricky as third party referrals can bypass them. From the responses ive read David h appears to have the goods... opinion only.
I can provide you with a unique statement that will be very helpful anytime.
You need a non disclosure agreement written so you get customers and the pay!.
