Hi I'm a senior administrator in the nsw government. I've been where you are!

I've done a number of government applications and know the format that you need to apply.

I have excellent word-smithery, and would ensure that your skills are appropriately highlighted.

Ally, I understand you want someone to provide the answers for you and that is what I am willing to do having written CVs for multiple people, including just five minutes ago. You are the client who is paying someone to do the job. It is extremely important that they have ALL THE INFO of what you require PRIOR to assignment to avoid misunderstandings down the track. It's essential questions are asked so the person you choose can ensure you are happy with how the task is completed.
With your resume? Yes. It's a straightforward selection criteria.

Thank you Emma fit your reply - I'm looking for someone who can identify and put forward these answers from resume experience ( hence word smith) Are you confident you could do this (rather than looking to the applicant for the answers)?
That's what I thought and I've previously worked for a recruitment agency too. Not recently but a few years ago. Quality is more important than quantity😀
It's not about word count, it's about the quality of the answer. I've been involved in the hiring process for a few years now and I can honestly say, if you can address the selection criteria by saying yes I can do this, this is how, and this is how it applies to your position you will hold much greater weight over here's a bunch of information and it's roughly 200 words.

Libby, I'm sure you are fantastic at what you do, and I didn't mean to offend you.
