Hi Antonio. Pool obviously needs superchlorination . There are a number of ways to do this but I use liquid chlorine as it is the cheapest and fastest acting. This needs to be done depending on the state your pool for between two and five days during which the very very high pH kills algae. Once is completed fluctuant is added which binds all the dead algae floating in the water and cause it to sink to the bottom where is easy to vacuum up. That should have your pool looking reasonably okay then it's a matter of testing the important parameters such as pH bound chlorine, unbound chlorine and chloramines. This may involve the addition of acid or base or stabiliser to your pool however it's impossible to tell without to see your pool. Your pump needs a look at as well as your filtration system. And if your pool is salt water then your chlorinator also need testing. At the completion of the process I provide you with a small booklet that outlines the cleaning and maintenance of your pool in the most cost-effective and memo amount of effort possible. Christian
