Website brief

Project title: Website build
Main requirement: simple one page wordpress website for multi-brand company in the health and wellness space. Must be a word press guru, ideally with background in wordpress multisite

Project Overview
The Alcmy Group is planning a range of website build projects within the next 3-4 months. We have a vast amount of new web build projects and ongoing digital work that requires an effective website developer to partner with. This project is the first of these and a chance for our company to assess the work of a website developer. We are a fast moving and successful company with 8 company brands under our umbrella, all within the health and wellness space.

We need a website which acts as a directional page to each of the Alcmy group’s secondary company brand websites. This site needs to be clean and make it clear to customers how each of the brands are separate entities but also work together with one main membership ( The ultimate membership) that can be sold on this website.

The ALCMY GROUP - Main company Brands

BRAND 1: Fit n Fast – we have 18 Gyms throughout Australia. Our brand is edgy and modern and this is currently the main revenue driver of the business. At present we get on average 30,000 visitors a month to this site. This website is being rebuilt and will launch in September 2017. This is being built using a WordPress multi-site CMS.
This site will have full integration with iconnect360 and will also integrate with MindBody timetable features via heal code.

BRAND 2: Qmax – we launched our Qmax functional training brand in 2015 and we now have 19 locations throughout Australia, 18 of which are in Fit n Fast clubs and one stand alone. We launched a very quick and basic WordPress website in September 2016, currently we get an average of 2500 visitors a month to this site.
We plan to use our new WordPress multi-site CMS to redo this Qmax website with the same wire frames & functionality that we have developed for FnF.

BRAND 3: YogaBar – We launched our YogaBar brand in May 2016 and now have 7 studios in Sydney with an aggressive growth plan in place. Our vision is to bring Yoga to the masses. We have a Wordpress website for this brand, currently we get an average of 25,000 visitors a month to this site.
We plan to use the new WordPress multi-site CRM to redo this YogaBar website with the same wire frames & functionality that we have developed for FnF. To do this, we need to re-skin the FNF site to encompass the YogaBar brand. We have a wide range of brand assets which should make re-skinning the site very straightforward. This site will need to integrate with iconnect360 as per the FnF site. For MindBody we will need to integrate the timetable feature as per the FnF site but we will also deep link into MBO for our Class Packs and Intro pass membership options.

BRAND 4: DanceShed - this is a new brand we hope to launch in October 2017. We have designed the branding assets around this. Ideally we want to use the new WordPress multi-site CMS to build this DanceShed website with the same wire frames & functionality that we have developed for FNF.
We currently don’t have any site in place and need something up quickly after this Alcmy group web build.

Merivale Group - Merivale is a hospitality group based in Sydney with a range of different venues/brands under one umbrella

Main objectives of the Alcmy website:
• Drive sales
• Drive awareness of the Ultimate membership and x 4 company brands
• Gain new customers & leads - through clear call to actions on the website, smooth user journeys and a modern and fresh look
• Create a strong customer experience online
• Showcase our Alcmy group locations
• Represent our brand values
• Offer the a modern and fresh user journey/experience
• Stand out against our competitors
• Allow internal company staff to content manage the website via Wordpress CMS
• Provide measurable insights into the audience via Google analytics and tracking scripts

Functional requirements for the Alcmy website
Top line features required:
- One main page website, utilising modern web bud design features to scroll between sections
- Small display area for each of the x4 company brands which links to the specific brand websites
- Google Map plotting of the Alcmy Group sites
- Social media integration – which can be turned on and off
- Ability to sell the ultimate membership. Users will need to be promoted to choose their home location first before joining. Once a user selects that they want to join they can get directed to an iconnet360 hosted checkout page, alternatively, our ideal would be to integrate with iconnect360 using their API to sell the membership on the Alcmy site rather than take the user to their hosted checkout page. This would depend on development time needed and could be a phase 2.
- Ability to pull in the MindBody branded web features – this feature creates code that can be injected to access their hosted services such as timetables, class passes and contracts.
- Hosting - we would use Genisys Group to host this site. They would provide a server according to the requested specification.
- Wordpress multi-site switch over - ability to add this to our company word press multi-site CMS in September.
- Video playing functionality using YouTube
- Fully mobile responsive

Design requirements for the Alcmy website
We have an in house graphic designer who has created a mock up the website design ideas for assistance; we would also welcome design ideas and proposals from the chosen web developer.
We are aiming for a clean and modern look utilizing fresh and modern imagery and focusing on the colour palette of black, white and gold.
