Due date
Wednesday, 19th Aug 2015
Needing the front & backyard tidied up as it's overdue some TLC. Jobs to be done include:
- mowing a couple of small strips of grass, approx 3m x 4m
- wiping the window awnings
- raking the rather large pile of leaves out of the garden
- sweeping the concrete driveway/backyard
(basically making it look presentable again)

We don't currently own a working lawn mower, rake etc so your own equipment is vital.
Estimate around 2 hours of work in total though not exactly sure, will pay $25/hr.
Needing it to be done either Tuesday or Wednesday this week anytime of day thanks!

you can reach the awnings easily in the front yard, x5 between 1 - 3 meters each. theyre just really dusty/dirty. i have a leaf blower that helps with the sweeping of the concrete :)
Thanks Beth. What are the window awnings made from and how many and what size are they.Would I need a ladder to wipe them down.I can be there around 1.00pm on Wednesday. Will make an offer when I understand the full scope of the task

Yes have a large green bin, empty atm. if it takes a bit longer than the 2 hours that's alright, happy to pay for up to 3 hrs as long as it's looking nice , it's in a sad state at the moment..
Hi Beth
Have you got a green bin for the grass clippings and leaves
