What's your purpose? Improve fitness, strength, cardio, weight loss, relax, tone up, get flexible, get fab abs n arms or all of the above?
I'm a qualified yoga teacher that is looking to achieve all of the above and would love to offer free yoga coaching to others, building our confidence, friendships and follow a mutually beneficial journey together.
When: weekdays, Monday to Friday,
Time: flexible but suggesting 7-8am.
Location = Bill Cash Memorial Park, Cannon Hill (or a mutually suitable location of your choice).

Hey, I'd love some yoga coaching :) I've been practising different styles for about 2 years (on and off) and I'm especially working on my core and arm strength (for handstands and acro yoga). Apart from the asanas I want to integrate other aspects of yoga into my every day life :)

Hi Tarini, I've recently become certified and making the transition from tradesman to instructor. teaching some private and small groups mobile from my van, also starting at a studio this monday teaching 2 classes. Would love to meet up and share/learn some new wisdom.
