No problem there is a massive difference between someone doing a job right, safely, tested and someone coming in throwing some cable around and turning it on good luck with your renovations
Also you are going to need to have cables roughed in and then sparky will have to come back and fit off, so two trips to site, every electrician will do it differently but that is how I would do it

Thanks Paul. Really appreciate all of your feedback and advice. I'll run this past my partner and see what he says.
Yes there is a lot of rules and regulations that we must follow as electrical contractors for electrical work to comply as for a timeframe it is hard to say unless i knew the distance from switchboard to the kitchen etc but I would estimate 1 guy 4-6 hours
Hi tamlyn, I am an electrical contractor lic 82936 Steve S price is pretty spot on you need to remove your main switch and replace with a breaker, swap out your 4 pole Rcd for individual rcbo's to accomodate new circuit, replace exiting mcb on lights for an rcbo because you are now altering a light circuit add a stove rcbo and oven rcbo and possibly another power rcbo install minimum 6mm2 circuit for cook top with 40 amp isolating switch, install 4mm2 circuit for oven rough in and fit off light and power circuits and spend at least an hour testing and record all results, I actually think he is to cheap
