NOTE: this task has been duplicated as I require a team of talented individuals rather than a lone ranger.

I represent a fantastic Sydney based software company who are looking for candidates to assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT). In a nutshell, this involves running through a list of tasks and creating various scenarios that users are likely to encounter while using the software. Any bugs you find along the way need to be recorded and submitted back to our team of in-house developers to fix.

We're looking to assemble a team of testers who would come into our awesome Ultimo based office for some initial training. Once you're familiar with the software and testing requirements, you can complete the tasks at home using your own equipment in your own time.

Key qualities we're looking for:
• highly organised
• meet deadlines
• relatively tech-savvy
• keen eye for detail
• web designers, UX designers, design students etc. are encouraged to apply
• Must own a computer running a modern web browser – Mac or PC.
• familiarity with eCommerce software is a bonus

Other details:
• if you meet our expectations, there's an opportunity for regular work

Time and payments:
• we expect UAT for one project to take roughly 4 hours, so that works out at $20/hour.

Location and remote working:
• training will be conducted at our office. The tasks can be completed anywhere that's convenient for you, that also has a degree of privacy

Hi all. This task is closed, but I've created a new one called "Software User Acceptance Testing (UAT) training". Check it out and bid if you're keen. You need to be in Sydney and available 10:30 on Thursday 28th April.
Hi David. I would be really keen as I have an International Business Degree (been working with some e-commerce) and I´m starting a web development course next week. Could you let us know what dates and times would the training take place? Thank you!
Hi there would love to help as have done a bit of this before & like to think I have an eye for detail. Just wondering when the training would be conducted as I work full time?

Definitely keen for ongoing work from home as well.
Hi David, I'm interested in this task. I worked for 13 years as a developer, building websites and web-based applications. I've recently left the industry and am studying full-time so I have quite a bit of free time :-)
