Are you an EXPERIENCED bricklayer, perhaps on a backpacking holiday and need a few dollars in exchange for a small bricklaying job? I need around 680 bricks laid. I will be available as an assistant to mix mortar, bring bricks to the job, and make cups of tea. $175 for a seven hours work. I own a bolster and a small bricklaying trowel if you have no tools of your own with you.

hi Steve, before accepting your offer, may I ask is 7 hours enough time to lay 680 bricks? It's not a straight wall, which I assume would be quicker than building a laundry.
Hi Robert that sounds a bit bid is for 7 hrs work paid in cash, with you as assistant & I prefer cups of coffee...also do you have a mixer as I can bring one no extra charge and is there plenty of free parking near you..all going well I could do this on Saturday for you..!
Cheers Steve

Hi Steve, my mistake on a rough estimate - I measured up the dimensions of the laundry - 13.61 sq metres, which as I understand at 50 bricks per sqm, is around 680 bricks.
Hi Robert
What is it you are building, I'm a qualified bricklayer but would need a bit more than $ bricks
